HSE:
o Demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE
o Implement HSE requirements within the Electrical Engineering area.
• Engineering:
o Supervise and coordinate the electrical engineering related activities performed by the EPSCC Contractoro Provide support and expertise and contribute with regards to the electrical disciplineo Provide support to challenge and support the Contractor in the value engineeringexercise. Promote alternatives design to optimize cost, work and schedule
o Timely review and comment of engineering documents and consolidate comments related to electrical deliverables; liaise with other engineering specialist(s),and entity(Operations, HSE,…) as requiredo Ensure that all engineering activities related to electrical matters are performed incompliance with applicable laws and regulations, FPSO Key Technical Requirements(TotalEnergies General Specifications not applicable) , with required level of quality, highHSE standards, within the agreed time schedule and costo Prepare deviation requests to FPSO Key Technical Requirements, follow up of theinstruction by TotalEnergies Head Office experts to ensure timely answer
o Promptly respond to engineering clarifications, request for deviations and unexpectedtechnical issues, by a proactive and proficient approach
o Conduct studies leading to technical decision making and issuance of recommendationto Project Management;o Liaise with Head office to get expertise when required in specific electrical subjectso Assist Procurement activitieso Assist Commissioning and Operations in the preparation of their activitieso Support preparation and participation in Project technical reviews, provide answersand ensure timely implementation of the findings in the Electrical disciplineo Ensure proper reporting activities, highlighting critical issues to the EngineeringManager and proposing remedial actions
Deliverables
The service holder shall supervise and coordinate the activities related to electrical engineering carried out by the EPSCC contractor, focusing on the successful and timely execution of the project Technical Requirements
• Advance Expertise in Electrical Engineering activities in Oil & Gas projects.
• Rigorous and solution orientated expertise to task completion
• Organization, communication, leadership, and transverse coordination expertise for taskcompletion
