Engineering Part Product Lead

To strengthen our team, Aker Solutions in Stavanger is looking for an Engineering Part Product Lead who can help us succeed. 


What will you be doing? 

• Maintain an efficient organisation with well defined areas of responsibilities. 
• Ensure that engineering work for the Part Product is performed: 
• Ensure development of functional design solutions where following aspects are allowed for: 
• Ensure clear Part Product interfaces towards suppliers and subcontractors with respect to system design and area design. 
• Ensure necessary Part Product engineering participation within Quality Surveillance and follow-up of suppliers and sub-contractors. 
• Ensure identification of changes and participate in evaluation of change requests, ensure that approved changes are implemented in the engineering schedules. 
• Ensure establishment and maintenance of an engineering activity schedule for the Part Product (Level 4): 
• Ensure establishment and maintenance of a document development schedule for the Part Product (Level 5).

We think you should have some of the following:

• Do you have Master, Bachelors, or technical education?
• Develop a good working environment. 
• Be a role model, give actively feedback to the organization 
• Establish and develop positive customer relationships. 
• Manage and develop employees - Take responsibility, make decisions and ensure clear frame work for your team to operate in 
• Available for work in Norway
• Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
