Facilities Manager (Asset Health & Capital Projects)

Duties:
  • Assist the Senior Manager to plan, develop, implement and review the Asset Health Management Plan for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems in the building portfolio
  • Oversight the Asset Health Management and Condition Survey programs of building services installations and facilities are implemented across the Group
  • Handle the Fixed Capital Assets including the asset registry and disposal and work closely with Corporate Finance Team
  • Develop the Asset Management Manual, condition survey program and asset registry procedure for existing and new buildings and facilities
  • Provide technical support of Failure Analysis, maintenance strategy for MEP systems, and the development and implementation of ISO 55000 standard
  • Budgeting, cost management works, contract management works, tendering and quotation works etc.
  • Collaborate with project management team to review MEP system design, drawings and specifications, T&C method statement, project close out document for new capital projects & renovation works

Requirements:
  • Degree in Building Service, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in building services / property management and maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Good experience in Asset Health Management and system design for MEP systems is highly preferred
  • Experience in different scale projects ranging from A&A works, renovations to new built construction projects etc.
  • Experience in Maximo System, drafting technical manuals and establishing standards, guidelines and / or procedures is a PLUS
  • Certification of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B or above), Construction Industry Safety Training Certification, etc.
  • Good leadership, analytical and communication skills 
  • Proactive, innovative and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken of English and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
