FFV Administrator (IT - Hardware & Application Support)

Job Title: FFV Administrator (IT - Hardware & Application Support)
Location: Role may be based out of FSJ or Calgary, to be determined based on the available applicants.
Length: 12 Month
Rotation: Mon – Fri 40hr week

Role Objectives:

• Responsible for implementation of process that ensures accurate reporting of Fuel, Flare, Vent volumes in the field and plant
• Role objectives include two primary steps
• Initial on-boarding and understanding of location asset, building competency of fuel, flare, vent manager (external software), setup of training for operation teams, and setup of FFVM to be reflective of field operations. 
• Assurance of inputs and setup of processes to ensure continued quality of reportable volumes. 
• Administrator will be the single point of contact and super user for Fuel, Flare, Vent, Manager and aid operations for issues. 

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of FFVM software (training to be provided), and can function as the subject matter expert and aid for operations.
• Manages FFVM users, edit privileges, and ensures users are adequately trained to provide desired information.
• Stay’s up to date on changes in operations and updates FFVM to reflect any potential changes
• Engages key stakeholders from measurement, production accounting, operations to ensure broader alignment and awareness of FFVM
