Our client, a Mining Operator are currently seeking a FIFO Vendor Coordinator to join them for a 6-month contract on a 2x1 Roster.
A Vendor Coordinator required for Commissioning Completions team on a Mining Project.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identifying requirements for Vendor site support such as;
  • Project milestones
  • Contract obligations
  • Timing and phase of commissioning
  • Durations
  • Manning
  • Tooling
  • Mobilisation and site access requirements
  • Coordinating Vendor site activities
  • Developing/maintaining the Vendor schedule for all Commissioning activities
  • Providing cost forecasts / PO's / contract variations
  • Working closely with the Commissioning Completions team to assist with communicating changes to support requirements and obtaining vendor documentation etc.
  • Facilitating the 6-week Vendor forecast meetings
  • Engaging in, and maintaining communication with key stakeholders
  • Producing reports

Key Skills and Experience Required:
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Can perform under pressure and prioritise competing deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite essential
  • Completions experience not essential.
  • Candidates with a Project Planning / Scheduling background will be highly regarded.
