Our main Operator client is looking for an FPSO Procurement Lead to join the team on a temporary 12 months renewable contract.

Roles and responsibilities:
Procurement tasks:
- To ensure that Contractor enforces the requirement of Exhibit L to the main vendors and subcontractors and coordinate with HSSE Project team on that matter.
- To assist, under the supervision of the Project Control Manager, the FPSO Package Manager in following-up all FPSO procurement activities including expediting and inspection, in accordance with project and company procedures.
- To ensure selection and qualification of Vendors & Subcontractors for the FPSO package is performed according to the requirement of Exhibit J, G & H, according to their criticality.
- To ensure the Contractor properly anticipates the qualification exercise
- To monitor the performance of the main Contractor in its
- To ensure RFQ, Technical Bid Evaluation, RTA, PO, Surveillance & inspection plan are prepared and submitted to CPY in due time and in line with Exhibits J, G and H. Requirements.
- To ensure logistic activities are performed efficiently and that contingency plans are implemented in due time by CTR as necessary (e.g., late delivery of Material);
- To ensure PO are place as per Schedule, especially for Long Lead & Critical Items.
- To ensure information flow with supplier is managed in due time by Contractor.
- To ensure, in close cooperation with FPSO Quality Manager that inspection program is properly anticipated. Including organization of the FAT.
- To ensure logistic activities are performed efficiently and that contingency plans are implemented in due time by CTR as necessary (e.g., late delivery of Material);
- To ensure any non-conformance is addressed through an appropriate remedial plan.
- To ensure that fabrication yard preparation is well secured and necessary corrective actions to fulfil Project requirements are conducted in due time.
- To monitor the Vendors & Subcontractor performance by ensuring schedule are met.
