Senior Full Stack Developer – Gentofte, Denmark

Hybrid working 2 days on site, 3 days remote
37 Hour week
Start Date 1st November until the end of January 2025 with 3 possible extensions
Essential:- 5 -7 years of experience with design, development, and deployment in Microsoft .Net Core, C#, Angular, and Visual Studio Team Services. Able to effectively work with CI/CD pipelines and proficient in deploying on Azure cloud technologies and Kubernetes clusters. Agile. Scrum
Description:
Control and Monitoring Center (CMC) is a group of applications supporting the site and the CMC operators with Fleet Viewer, Remit application for grid compliance and WTG surveillance. CMC is a critical application with users mainly in Europe but expanding also in US with the new wind farms coming. The team is responsible for the maintenance and operations of the application along with onboarding new windfarms.
The team works in focus groups, has overall 15 developers, 1 QA, 1 UX spread across DK, PL and KL. Scrum Master is located in KL while the Product Owner is in GTF.
Senior Full Stack Developer Day-to-day responsibilities:
Deliver quality increments by collaborating with the other developers in the team, the Product Owner, Quality Agent, User Experience Designer and the users.
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives, and Backlog refinements.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain optimal operation.
Perform thorough code reviews for peers, offering constructive feedback and ensuring compliance with coding standards.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize backend system performance to ensure speed, reliability, and responsiveness.
Identify areas for codebase improvement and advocate for enhancements to product functionality, including refactoring and managing technical debt.
Understands and follows proper Incident and Change management processes.
Senior Full Stack Developer Requirements:
The person needs a proven track record and 5 -7 years of experience with design, development, and deployment in Microsoft .Net Core, C#, Angular, and Visual Studio Team Services.
Able to effectively work with CI/CD pipelines and proficient in deploying on Azure cloud technologies and Kubernetes clusters.
User-centric and self-motivated, comfortable engaging in discussions with Product Owners and users.
Understands the shift-left mindset and is able to create automated tests.
Strong decision-making abilities, capable of weighing trade-offs and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Excellent collaboration skills, able to work efficiently in cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience in a Scrum environment.
