For our client specializing in the design and development of photovoltaic farm projects, we are recruiting for the position of Grid Connection Manager.

Your key responsibility will be creating concepts and providing technical consultancy for projects regarding connection to DSO/TSO networks.


  • Coordinating the application process for determining connection conditions to DSO/TSO networks.
  • Communicating and negotiating with DSO and partners to obtain connection conditions.
  • Performing technical due diligence analyses and risk assessments concerning connection conditions provided by DSO/TSO.
  • Conducting and supervising analyses and expert opinions necessary to obtain connection conditions and ensure optimal operation of power plants, including reactive power compensation analyses.
  • Degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Polish regulations and standards related to power networks.
  • Understanding of solar energy technology and energy storage.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements associated with the application process.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level).
  • Preferred: construction licenses in the field of unrestricted electrical networks and installations.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Grid Connection Specialist or in a similar role.
