Our client specialized in energy sector is looking for a Head of Cash Management.

Location: Monaco
Duration: 1 year renewable 
Start: asap

  • Responsible for ensuring short term and long-term liquidity for all companies within SBM Operations perimeter of responsibility
  • Elaborate appropriate indicators to follow cash deviations and issue early warnings
  • Develop together with Treasury/Finance teams all necessary short term and long-term actions to ensure liquidity and optimal use of cash for all Operations entities
  • Supervision of the short-term cash projections by legal entity and presentation to STCO and BOD members
  • Responsible for monitoring and optimizing Operations working capital
  • Develop cash modelling capacities around SBM Operations assets for internal and external purposes
  • Responsible for improving cash planning process within Operations. More specifically, take responsibility in the implementation and roll out of new cash planning tool within Operations
  • Preparation of comprehensive reports required by management including audit responses, cash planning reports, payment analysis, monthly MOR credit management slides and others as assigned by Management
  • Support ad hoc analysis of Corporate finance on various topics (Refinancing, bond issuance, ….)
  • Permanent supervision of the cash management analyst team and processes.
  • Payment checks and validation
  • Quarterly cash planning
  • Working capital committee management for SBM Operations
  • Monitoring and follow up of necessary capital injection, dividends, and cash repatriation
  • Participation to internal projects implementation
  • Contribute to build and maintain relationships / synergies with the cost controllers' team, sisters companies and JV partners. 
Job requirements 
School/studies/degree: Master’s degree in science of finance or Graduate Management/Business School.
Specific Competencies:
  • Expert in treasury.
  • English Fluent (English mother tongue would be a plus).
  • Good communication skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Experience in budgeting process essential, demonstration of past success in progress improvement, evidence of strong performance and achievements, ability to get things done and desire to succeed

Experience: 5 years minimum in an international related environment
