We are currently looking for a Head of Facilities, on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, which is renewable to a permanent agreement. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe workplace under GMP conditions, ensuring high-quality performance of equipment to support the success of our projects. They will also work with the Senior Leadership Team to continuously improve the organization and establish strong internal and external relationships. This position offers hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Facilities include leading the Facilities team, including Supply Chain and IT; studying and evaluating daily reports submitted by the Facilities team; ensuring the quality and maintenance of equipment, utilities, and machines; monitoring activities of vendors; and building a CAPEX list together with other department heads.
The ideal candidate should possess a Facilities Management Degree, experience in sterile injectables (GMP), ambition to lead and develop a team, cost awareness, and fluent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, they should either have a Green Belt certification or be willing to obtain one.
