NESFircroft are actively sourcing a Site HSE Administrator to support our global power technology client. With a presence in over 90 countries, this business offer products, systems & software solutions to the global energy industry and have been leaders in innovation for over a century. With a customer-base across multiple industries including Energy, Utilities, Industrial and Transportation and almost 40,000 employees, they are committed to providing access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy globally. Their HVDC product group are looking for a highly capable and organized Site HSE Administrator to join the project team at their site in Norwich.
Understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental processed is preferred. This role has a development path including training such as IOSH & NEBOSH courses for the right candidate.
The Site HSE Administrator will report directly to the Site HSE Manager and functionally to the Global Head of HSE Sites.
The role will be site-based Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to the Health, Safety and Environmental team on the project.
- Manage the online induction software ensuring all site personnel are contacted to complete the induction and all training qualifications are uploaded to the system.
- Support in arranging on-site training such as First Aid, Fire Marshall, etc.
- Upload site HSE documentation (Construction Phase Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Risk Assessments, etc.) to the defined document management system for the project.
- Maintain and update information and records such as site registers, Toolbox Talks etc.
- Oversee the ordering of PPE for site personnel; maintaining an up-to-date register of all PPE issued.
- Manage the QR-based safety observation reporting system ensuring the overall observation register is up to date and highlight any open observations to the HSE team that are flagged as overdue.
- Assist with producing accurate reports as required by the site team (i.e., monthly stats report, HSE monitoring trends, KPIs reports etc.)
- Support the HSE Manager in attending site HSE meetings by taking minutes and distributing to attendees.
- Raise awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental topics by displaying posters around the site welfare during safety campaigns.
- Assist with the organization of ad-hoc HSE events and welcome visitors on site as necessary.
- Provide a proactive, efficient and effective general administrative support on site including inputting, data extraction, photocopying, emailing, filing duties as directed.
- Previous HSE Admin experience would be advantageous but not essential.

- Must be Proficient in IT

- Must be able to hands large amounts of data
- Excellent communications skills written & verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
- Fluent in English written & verbal
