Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement and behavioural change through training and support.
- Coordinate HSE performance reporting and support Group audit programs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate across teams to raise awareness and drive performance.
- Manage documentation to meet ISO standards and legal requirements.
- Lead initiatives like Carbon Neutrality and Machine Safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HSE.
- 3+ years of HSE field/project experience.
- Knowledge of Australian HSE regulations.
- Experience in quality control/documentation is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel; strong communication and negotiation skills.
