HSE Specialist

NES Fircroft have partnered with a global energy provider company who are on the hunt for a HSE and Quality Specialist to provide expert advice and solutions through Group-wide programs and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement and behavioural change through training and support.
• Coordinate HSE performance reporting and support Group audit programs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate across teams to raise awareness and drive performance.
• Manage documentation to meet ISO standards and legal requirements.
• Lead initiatives like Carbon Neutrality and Machine Safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in HSE.
• 3+ years of HSE field/project experience.
• Knowledge of Australian HSE regulations.
• Experience in quality control/documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel; strong communication and negotiation skills.
