Our client is a global manufacturer of Petrochemical, Speciality Chemicals and Oil products, due to growth at their O&G liquid transportation and processing division, they are now looking to add an experienced Integrity Manager to their team, on a permanent basis, to be based at Grange mouth. As the Integrity Manager you will play a key role in delivery and support growth to the business, following significant investment. You will be expected to deliver legal compliance and achieve business goals across all engineering disciplines for plant integrity, process safety and containment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compliance with UKAS accredited inspection quality system to ISO/IEC 17020
  • Deliver compliance with PSSR 2000 (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations), PSR (Pipeline Safety Regulations 1996), PUWER, COMAH and Offshore Safety Case Regulations 2005
  • Deliver Inspection Standards, systems, advice, judgments and improvements to comply with the law and achieve business goals.
  • Manage a team of professionals including staff, agency and 3rd party contractors
  • Make important judgements and decisions relating to equipment manufacture, design and condition acceptability to ensure its fitness for service
  • Provide advice and information to site management on discipline engineering topics such as legal duties and interpretation, inspection and repair options, equipment condition concerns, long term fitness for service

Experience & Qualifications
  • Hold a Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering and be a Chartered Engineer
  • Experienced in petrochemicals and oil & gas manufacturing operations, maintenance, design, fabrication, inspection and commissioning
  • Hold a minimum of 15 years’ experience in Technical Mechanical Engineering, including Inspection
  • Knowledge and understanding of inspection practices, including NDT techniques and metallurgical testing.
  • Knowledge of PSSR, PUWER, LOLER, HSAWA, PED, DSEAR, Pipeline Regulations, Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations, and mechanical design codes and standards
  • Proven capability to manage and lead a team of multi discipline Engineers
  • knowledge and understanding of COMAH sites and Offshore Platform process technologies and chemical corrosion degradation mechanisms
