- Lead the Sub-Contractors Site Interfaces Coordination Reviews
- Support the Site Project Manager and the Site Construction Manager in their regular progress review meetings
- Support the site planning team as required on site interface related matters that influences the progress and project schedule
- Support the review of field changes, field technical queries and interface queries initiated by Sub-Contractors and ensure the interface scope splits are appropriately implemented as per contract agreements
- Provide support to Sub-Contracts Manager and Site Project Manager in resolving conflicts arising from claims and change request finalization, as requested
- Assist Site Project Manager for critical internal inter-disciplinary interface coordination meetings and reviews at site
- Ensure the communication protocols are followed across the sub-contractors for the interface coordination and they are documented and distributed appropriately as per the project communication procedure
- Interface with Site Engineering Manager in resolving any engineering interface issues between Sub-Contractors at their scope boundaries
- Single Point of Contact for External Interfaces coordination with the Sub-Contractors
- Coordination with Project Interface Manager and with Customer’s Interface Manager as required
- Assist the Project Interface Manager with data/input consolidation and coordination required to support Customer in obtaining permits necessary for initial star-up and operations.
- Coordination with Commissioning Manager and Construction Manager during the construction to commissioning phase and related interfaces through Sub-Contractor
- Ensure the necessary updates/changes are implemented in the Master Interface Register
General Duties- Support development of effective construction execution plans;
- Coordinate assigned activities with Area project managers
- Identify potential interface issues/risks and propose mitigating actions and plans;
- Support the review of the risk plan to ensure minimization of risks through early identification, planning, and selection of best possible contracting strategies and proactive Project Management practices which focus on prevention of problem;
- Support the site interface team and PMs to ensure effective coordination and resolution amongst multiple project stakeholders and site contractors;
- Support the Lessons-learned program by supervising the implementation of approved learnings, as well as recording those lessons learned during the execution of projects;
- Assist Site Project Manager in the management of operation readiness inspection (ORI) / Pre-Start up safety review across all actions at site.
- Coordinate with Project Managers for any site supports needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Garduate Engineering Degree
- +15 years of experience in project management.
- Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active individual who can work independently and also influence large team
- Excellent organizational skills.
- leadership qualities and skills to manage stakeholder relationships to project success, with transparent inclusive and collaborative approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills to senior management audiences and client.
- Ability to clearly establish and articulate objectives and expectations.
- Site construction experience is required
- Commissioning and Start-up Experience preferable
