If you are tired of looking at that blank, dreary grey wall and are seeking a change in pace look no further. Our client, a Tier One Mining Operator, is looking for the new IT Support Specialist to join the team on a six-month contract basis. This role is FIFO and does require travel to site.
About the Role |
As the new IT Support Specialist you will responsible for carrying out Level 1 - Level 2 duties on site. If there are some gaps in your knowledge, but you have hunger for professional growth and a welcome a challenge, then this employer believes gaps can be filled, especially when showing the right attitude.
Day to day duties include but are not limited to:
Windows Server & Active Directory
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Exchange on Premises, Hybrid & Office 365
Microsoft Teams
Public & Private Cloud Infrastructure
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Virtualisation (inc. VMWare & Hyper-V)
Remote Desktop Services

- Troubleshooting level 1 and 2 technical issues
- Ensuring functionality of new hardware
- Deploy software updates
- Monitor network connectivity
- End user queries
