We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team on a 10-month contract. The successful Technical trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials both locally and online to remote global teams. This role requires a diplomatic approach, an understanding of cultural differences, and the ability to engage effectively in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and maintain Training Needs Analysis to accurately identify and locate impacted audiences.
- Work directly with the Change Manager and project team to develop operationally sensitive, targeted end-user training plans and schedules.
- Drive the Change Control Process to ensure timely edits and final version sign-off for learning artefacts.
- Liaise with key business and project team representatives to ensure alignment for training delivery and rollout.
- Apply innovative thinking to deliver learning content and business process information using Enable Now.
- Develop new approaches to maximize learning moments ‘on the job’
- Ensure sustainability of training efforts and maintain learning and training artefacts to maximize business value.
- Support change networks to maximize communication coverage across all business levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis.
- Innovative thinking in delivering learning content.
- Experience in driving the Change Control Process.
- Ability to develop sustainable training approaches and maintain training artefacts.
