Job Role: Junior P2P System Analyst - Contractor (12 Months)  

Roles Responsibilities:  

● Fulfill day-to-day support operations of a P2P application across multiple geographies in APAC, including Incident Management, Catalog Management and Ad hoc request from
business users, affiliates, stakeholders and auditors.

● Manage and support system configuration settings, changes and updates in line with application and business requirements by troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing enhancements and bug fixes.

● Assists in knowledgebase learning material creation / updates / improvements.

● Conduct training serieses on key topics, new improvements/deployments and refresher  

training for Users.  

● Assist in the Implementation of new deployments of the P2P applications across  

different entities, including testing the application during SIT, UAT and deployment  

release.  

● Assist in SIT and UAT testing of the P2P application along with quality assurance  

activities, including creating and executing test scripts, identifying defects, and ensuring  

the solution meets business requirements.  

● Assist in the data coherence of the P2P application for use in PowerBI and other data  

visualization tools. Experience with PowerBI is an added advantage but not required.  

● Communicate effectively with affiliates, users, stakeholders and management via emails,  

chats, tickets and discussions.  

Candidate Requirements  

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Pure Sciences, Engineering, Data Science,  

Finance & Business Studies, Social Sciences or any related fields.  

● 1 to 2 years of work experience as an Analyst / Support Analyst or similar roles in SaaS  

application support/design. Fresh graduates or experienced candidates with related  

experience are encouraged to apply.  

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to present  

complex information with clear coherence, to multiple audiences.  

● Fluency in other APAC business languages is an added advantage, including: Mandarin,  

Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog or Bahasa Indonesia.  

● Proficiency documenting business requirements, process mapping, and creating  

functional specifications flowcharts preferred.  

● High learning curve, requires fast and eager learners with an amplitude to self learn,  

experiment, test and understand scenarios or issues.  

● Team player that can work alongside transversal teams and commit to the delivery of results in a timely manner, in order to achieve collective objectives.
