!! JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER ROLE IN TORONTO !!
Are you a Construction Coordinator / Junior Project Manager? If so then I want to hear from you.
This is a 3 year contract with one of my key clients starting July 2023 with potential to extend.
Location - Toronto
Days of work are Monday - Friday (40 Hours)
DESCRIPTION
* The Junior Project Manager (PM) provides varying levels of support to Intermediate and Senior PMs across the portfolio of Projects within the Broadband Program
*Assist in providing overall management of projects from concept to completion including siting, environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, project controls, bid phase services, procurement, constructability reviews, material management, construction management, and closeout.
REQUIREMENTS
* 1-5 years experience as a Project Manager
* Professional Engineering (PE) registration prefered
* A basic understanding of document control, scheduling, cost control
and project management software is preferred
* A basic understanding of construction project sites
* basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is
required
