Lead of Commissioning SIMOPS/PTW
Provides SIMOPS/PTW expertise, for planning and execution of activities with regard to Permits and leadership driving EPC contractor to deliver in accordance with project deliverables and execution schedule. Directs the preparation and stewardship of SIMOPS/PTW scope of work in EPC contract, supports contractor by helping address gaps, coordinate with operations and other disciplines within the team
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent and/or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience as SIMOPS/PTW Coordinator, Commissioning or Operations Lead with a broad knowledge of
planning and Pre-commissioning/Commissioning execution experience.
· Expertise in SHES Hazard identification/Risk Assessment and SIMOPS/PTW management.
· Strong leadership skills, experience leading multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams in commissioning field execution
· Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Brown-field onshore projects is desirable.
