Lead of Shutdown Execution COMP 3

• Provides Safety, Health and Environmental leadership to the Project Team including the EPC Contractor, its sub-contractor and site vendors
• Implementation of Project requirements and manage deliverables in compliance with Company Shut Down Management System.
• Ensure EPC Contractor implements and sustains its obligations and responsibilities with respect to the HSE and Quality requirements.
• Supervise activities of EPC Contractor/Subcontractors related to the brownfield and Shutdown to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and applicable International Standards.
• Report progress of SD preparation and execution to the HU & Brownfield Division Manager and ensure that all required project deliverables and activities associated to SD activities are prepared, validated and implemented in accordance with the agreed Shut Down Execution plan.
• Ensure preparation of Permit To Work and SIMOPS documentation in compliance with Contract requirements and Company procedures.
• Ensure readiness of fabrication scope, material, equipment, spares/consumables with the required quality, traceability, certification for the execution of the SD activities.
• "Engineer or technician with more than 10 years experience in O&G facility shutdown for Project and / or Operations
• Technical background with Minimum of 10 years experience in Shutdown Execution in O&G Industry
• Experience in offshore Shutdown and brownfield activities under SIMOPS Conditions.
• Good Knowledge in  shutdown planification and operational process
• Knowledgeable in HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment processes and applications.
• Good knowledge of International codes / Standards
