As the Lead Operations Excellence Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices across our Oil and Gas operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization:
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects, employing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with teams to drive a culture of innovation and efficiency.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure operational performance.
- Implement data-driven approaches to assess and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Work closely with HSE teams to integrate safety measures into operational processes.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional team of engineers and professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the Operations Excellence team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations excellence within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Strong background in process optimization.
- 15 years experience in production operations with ideally 5 years at management level.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
