Working with our Tier 1 Mining Client, NESFircroft is currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Project delivery to join our clients Fleet Replacement Project Perth based opportunity until execution phase. The contract length will be 18 – 32 months based on 5:2 roster.
Reporting to the Manager Project Delivery, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the delivery of a significant investment consistent with BHPs safety, production, and environmental commitments, manage long-term business risk and leave a positive legacy for future generations. You will play a leading role to deliver superior safety, scope, cost, schedule, and quality outcomes.

Other key accountabilities include:
- Lead delivery of the project in accordance with Our Requirements and the Minerals Australia Projects Internal Standard.
- Proactive engagement across the Operations and Project Teams to lead the resolution of issues with a positive impact on safety, quality, cost, or schedule outcomes and to ensure the robust delivery of the defined business case.
- Providing line management and leadership for Delivery Specialists within the team.
- Undertake the role of Company Representative for day-to-day management, coordination and communication of contractor activities.
- Provide leadership support to the Manager Project Delivery through delivering on Project Execution Plan commitments and effective contract management practices.

- Demonstrate the confidence to lead by example, hold yourself and others accountable and coach others in Safety Leadership, maintain project culture and performance recognition.
- Communication and influencing skills, including the ability to produce concise reports and presentations to management.
