Job Title: Contractor - Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator Department: PAMC Learning & Development Location: Port Arthur, Texas Reports To: Learning & Development Manager Job Purpose To create, maintain, and optimize the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for DOT PHMSA employees. Key Responsibilities System Management - Configure and maintain, designated learning objects in the LMS (Workday Learning) as instructed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and security. Content & Program Administration - Upload and organize training content and course materials.
- Create learning programs as instructed.
- Collaborate with LMS Analyst and H&S Learning Business Partner to optimize course design. Reporting & Analytics - Generate status reports on program development. Governance & Compliance - Ensure LMS operations align with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Qualifications - Formal education with Information Technology, HR, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone, Other) preferred.
- Strong technical proficiency, detail oriented, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent Excel, Microsoft Office, and communication skills.
- Familiarity e-learning programs or standards preferred.
- Prior experience or familiarity working in manufacturing environment.
