As part of the Talent & Learning team, you will provide people development support, up to and including management level, utilising various learning and development skills and tools.


In your first few weeks in this Learning & Development role, you can expect to:

  • Review reports and records to identify learning needs and deliver solutions
  • Collect and analyse meaningful data in line with agreed Learning and Development performance metrics
  • Record and report on measures of success to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved
  • Design and deliver interactive and engaging learning and development activities, utilising all available delivery methods (MS Teams, Face2Face, e-Learning)
  • Facilitate Team Effectiveness sessions up to and including management level across the business
  • Champion the Learning & Development portfolio via multiple communication channels.



To apply for this Learning Partner role, you will need to be a learning professional with relevant training accreditation and CIPD accreditation to level 5. You will also require demonstrable knowledge and experience from working at an operational level in Learning & Development. In addition, you should have experience implementing continuous improvement activities and supporting organisational change.
