In your first few weeks in this Learning & Development role, you can expect to:
- Review reports and records to identify learning needs and deliver solutions
- Collect and analyse meaningful data in line with agreed Learning and Development performance metrics
- Record and report on measures of success to ensure desired outcomes are being achieved
- Design and deliver interactive and engaging learning and development activities, utilising all available delivery methods (MS Teams, Face2Face, e-Learning)
- Facilitate Team Effectiveness sessions up to and including management level across the business
- Champion the Learning & Development portfolio via multiple communication channels.
