Location: Wyandotte, MI
Hours: 7AM to 3PM (M-F), some OT required
Pay: $18-20/hr
Duration: 1-year contract with opportunity for perm

Key Details:
Location: Wyandotte, MI
Hours: 7AM to 3PM (M-F), some OT required
Pay: $18-20/hr
Duration: 1-year contract with opportunity for perm
Responsibilities:
- Assist Maintenance department in various daily operations and office support.
- Validate, Create, Communicate and Publish daily multi-craft SAP schedule.
- Complete daily time confirmations in SAP.
- Update and close work orders / notifications upon completion.
- Sourcing suppliers (vendors) and processing invoices.
- Coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities.
- Manage maintenance PM documents and files.
- Assist Planner / Scheduler to handle schedule breaker material ordering.
- Must be well-organized, courteous, and reliable.
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong familiarity with MS Office applications, SAP, or other CMMS
- Candidate must be able to complete and pass an SAM (Select Assessment for Manufacturing) test prior to employment.
