Key Details:
Location: Wyandotte, MI 
Hours: 7AM to 3PM (M-F), some OT required
Pay: $18-20/hr
Duration: 1-year contract with opportunity for perm

  •  Assist Maintenance department in various daily operations and office support.
  • Validate, Create, Communicate and Publish daily multi-craft SAP schedule.
  • Complete daily time confirmations in SAP.
  • Update and close work orders / notifications upon completion.
  • Sourcing suppliers (vendors) and processing invoices.
  • Coordinating meetings, events and other similar activities.
  • Manage maintenance PM documents and files.
  • Assist Planner / Scheduler to handle schedule breaker material ordering.
  • Must be well-organized, courteous, and reliable.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office applications, SAP, or other CMMS
  • Candidate must be able to complete and pass an SAM (Select Assessment for Manufacturing) test prior to employment.
