Do you have plant maintenance coordination experience, and are you seeking a new job in Hull? If so, we'd love to hear from you! NES Fircroft is looking for a skilled and collaborative Operations Permit Coordinator to join our client's welcoming and friendly team.

As an attentive and dedicated Operations Permit Coordinator, you will prioritise maintenance work required for the company assets. You will also work with the operating shift teams and maintenance teams to ensure readiness for the work as per the agreed schedule.

To give you an idea of how this coordination job would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
  • Conduct daily screening of maintenance notifications and troubleshoot issues with the shift operating teams
  • Agree on the priority of maintenance orders with the maintenance planners
  • Communicate with the appropriate maintenance planner or supervisor as plant priorities or conditions change
  • Participate in daily/weekly maintenance scheduling meetings
  • Ensure known reliability risks are being proactively scheduled
  • Coordinate with the SHE/Permit Coordinator and shift team to ensure control of work is in place and equipment is isolated and prepared as per the maintenance schedule
