Aker Solutions in Oslo are now looking for Maintenance Engineers to strengthen their team.

 

Responsibilities and tasks:

 

• Obtain relevant information and plan maintenance work
• Participate in project meetings and collaboration with other disciplines
• Approval of supplier SPIR and related documents in accordance with TR requirements
• Prepare FV according to the need of Commissioning’s plan
• Establish tag list and data for impact classification
• Assess professional content of supplier IOM manual & other Engineering's documentation
• Comment on and provide input to submitted supplier documentation at IDC
• Quality-assure the completion of technical data in Engineering's tools
• Attend clarification meetings with package suppliers in the project to ensure document quality
• Attend customer meetings

 

 

Required skills and experience:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• At least 5 years' work experience as a maintenance engineer within relevant industries like oil & gas/energy
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance within oil & gas
• Solid knowledge of NORSOK standards
• Fluency in written and spoken English
