As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the planning team responsible for the effective and efficient execution of maintenance at the Amsterdam site. This will ensure plant availability and help comply with applicable standards and legislation. The maintenance team provides its services to various operating companies.
During your first few weeks and months in this Maintenance Planner role, you can expect to:
- Perform risk analyses for all installations and equipment
- Translate the maintenance plan into inspection plans in line with the technical multi-year and annual plan
- Determine the nature and scope of the work to be performed based on the maintenance management system (Ultimo), determination of the urgency and work sequence as well as input from the various professional disciplines
- Estimate required costs, required hours, and lead time
To apply for this Maintenance Planner role, you will need a degree in Maintenance Planning, mechanical or electrical, and planning experience gained in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You will also require the following:
- Ability to read DWG CAD drawings and PI&Ds
- Experience working with maintenance planning tools Ultimo and Oracle or ERP systems
- Experience in planning shutdowns
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
