Manager -Jubail Service

We are looking for a Manager -Jubail Service Project for one of our clients in Power Sector in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The job location is Eastern Province, Jubail, KSA.

This position is open for Saudi Nationals only at this stage.

Job Purpose
▪ Responsible for Managing & Handling the Eastern Region Service Project.

Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Department Manager
• Responsible for Overall Project Management, Execution, Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling Services project for Eastern Region customers.
• Preparation of Project Budget and Cost Control System, GP improvement and arrangement of Resources.
• Review of Work Breakdown Structure, Bar chart Schedule, S-Curve, Manpower Histograms and Resource Allocation.
• Review Service projects Contractual, Technical, product Specification, and Standard requirements.
• Reviewing the Projects documents, Identify & Manage project risks and take proactive steps for mitigation. Adhering to the customer Schedule & Quality Plan. Identify process improvements and implementation.
• Overall co-ordination with Customers, Clients, Vendors for the Service Projects to execute the jobs smoothly.
• Responsible for Loading and Resource Management for the job execution. Engineers Resource management from out of the organization for the job executions.
• Responsible for Coordination with vendors and subcontractors for technical and other issues.
• Co-ordination with sourcing, logistics, order handling in the context of the Service Projects from KOM to completion and payment collection (account receivable) within payment term conditions.
• Responsible for Enhance LCA & Service project business to meet the Co. OI/ST Target.
• Support to Enhance Training business.
• Responsible for Developing skill sets of newly joined trainee engineers.
• Responsible for Review performance of team members and report to dept. Manager.
• Preparation of required documents viz. training, troubleshooting procedure etc for Technical Support dept and provide technical support to service sales team.
• Responsible for 24X7 Support for service requirements.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 15 Years’ experience in Industrial Automation Control systems. Having hands on experience with DCS system CS3000/CVP, & ESD system ProsafeRS.
• Graduate in Engineering – Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics. Any additional certifications like PMP and Risk management.
• Working in Service department experience is preferred.
• Min. 2 to 3 years worked in Manager position.

• Good knowledge on control systems (DCS/ESD) engineering.
• Creating and Implementing Project Execution strategies which can achieve Company and Customer Targets.
• Generation Strategies and implementation to improve project GP.
• Project Design Engineering analysis and Improvement techniques.
• Execution Strategies to Improve Project Planning, Improve Productivity and Product/Service Quality.
• Understanding the business and its profitability and ensuring business and revenue opportunities are not missed.
• Foresee the project risks and take necessary actions.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge and understanding of organizational policy and procedures.
• Sound Knowledge of DCS system CS3000/CVP, & ESD system ProsafeRS.
• Strong Management and Leadership Skills sets.
• Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications including MS Project.
• Project Management and Organizational Skills to handle Multiple Services Jobs at same time.
• Project and System Design Engineering Packages and related Software.
• Energetic, self-motivated, dependable, challenged by multi-disciplined problems.
• Good Problem solving, Negotiation and reporting skills.
•  Very good communication and presentation skill
