Technician Operator
Location: Leduc, Alberta
Shift: 5/2 (Night shift only, with overtime as required)
We are seeking a skilled Technician Operator to join our team in Leduc. This role involves assembling components according to assembly drawings and bills of material, conducting functional testing on assemblies, and operating machinery in compliance with manufacturing and engineering standards.

We are seeking a skilled Technician Operator to join our team in Leduc. This role involves assembling components according to assembly drawings and bills of material, conducting functional testing on assemblies, and operating machinery in compliance with manufacturing and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components following blueprints and diagrams.
- Conduct functional and customer-specific tests on completed assemblies.
- Operate machines and equipment in line with manufacturing and engineering guidelines.
- Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools.
- Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machines for assembly.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required by the business.
- Follow all safety protocols, including mask fit and hearing tests.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical background and hands-on experience with assembly tools.
- Ability to take ownership of safety, quality, and shop improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and follow daily job task assignments.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office for system transactions.
