QA/QC Inspector Mechanical
Manage all aspects of the Quality of the plant.
Conduct site inspections of activities in S1 to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements. This includes inspection of tools, equipment, work environment, safety documentation (permits), personnel behavior, competency etc.
Ensure the relevant reports are documented relating to inspections and audits.
Ensure that QA/QC requirements are implemented, and they are effective.
Work closely with management to ensure they are aware of pressing QA/QC matters and the necessary resources and support is sourced for addressing any deficiencies.
Contribute to continual improvement of the IMS and carry out responsibilities under each applicable procedure.
Ensure contractors’ worksites and laydown areas are inspected for compliance with applicable permits, risk assessments, work method statements, and IMS requirements.
Where required, prepare internal training sessions, educational seminars, toolbox talks etc. for employees and contractors.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements and provide input in QA/QC matters.
Where required, liaise with external parties regarding QA/QC matters and attend all necessary
