General:
•    Accountable for nightshift offshore delivery of hook-up and commissioning activities according to plan.
•    Assist with nightshift priorities and arbitrate Hook-Up and Commissioning activities.
•    Improve and boost execution efficiency.
•    Coordinate HU and commissioning offshore workflows.
•    Monitor closely Contractor performance, work schedule and progress.
•    Defend Company interests at Sea.
•    Ensure a proper execution of the TRP offshore Hook-Up and Commissioning phases with the objective of safely achieving first gas production and production ramp-up.
•    Manage, coordinate, and motivate the integrated nightshift Hook Up and Commissioning team. 
•    Coordination of Field Engineers.
•    Promote One-Team approach/spirit.
•    Deliver feedback and lessons learned to enhance planning attainment, efficiency, improvements, or areas of concerns. 
•    Ensuring implementation of lessons learned within offshore perimeter.
•    Management of Hook-up commissioning contractors and workforce on site
HSE Matters:
•    Continuously promote the Site Safety / Environment performances, the site integrity, and the site housekeeping.
•    Contribute to promote the project safety culture.
•    Ensure Safety Systems are handed over from project to Field Operations fully operationally.
•    Ensure that all HSE, Quality and Technical contractual requirements are duly applied to TRP Contractor, Subcontractor and Workforce on the offshore project site and that necessary prevention means are implemented to minimize risk to people and assets.

TRP Execution Matters:
•    Execute offshore preparation for Hook up and commissioning. 
•    Efficient work - No waste and no rework philosophy.
•    Transfer to operations and maintenance.
•    Control and follow-up all TRP offshore activities and associated material logistics related to Hook up and Commissioning activities until their final completion.
•    Coordinate and schedule priorities as defined by the HU&C execution plans, in close coordination with other packages (Construction / Commissioning / FOPS / Brownfield / T&I / Wells) to ensure the optimal planning to First Gas.
•    Ensure the 2-week Plan is being executed.
•    Ensure a proper work execution (Quality checks, PTW, Daily Meetings, Planning Meetings, etc) as per onshore preparation (Kick Off meetings, JRAs, planning, Job Cards, etc).
•    Contribute and drive the overall offshore TRP execution strategy.

Accountabilities/Purpose: 
•    Ensures that priorities are followed and known by all Offshore.
•    Feedback to HUC Manager on progress/Status – areas of improvement for prep/planning.
•    Drive the weekly progress in the field.
•    Ensures resources requirement are in line and arbitrate within HUC teams on nightshift.
•    Help with Visual reporting of overall activities / main focus areas. 
•    Ensures Quality is in line with standards and all NCR are properly recorded and action are taken including Flange management.
•    Ensures DNV is involved and approved in due time all the inspections follow DNV plan and SECE.
•    Ensures ATEX requirements are meet prior to Gas-In.
•    Compliance with Company Rules, project procedures and Standing Instructions.
•    Best practice implementation.
•    Site personnel training, qualifications, and authorizations.
•    Safe project execution inside defined envelops and limitations. 
•    Handover concision and good coordination / continuity with their back to backs.
•    Site figures and reporting.
•    Site Priorities.
•    Site TRP Meetings for HUC

Qualifications/Experience required: 
•    Master’s degree in science / Mechanical / Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
•    10 to 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry with strong focus on offshore Hook-up and Commissioning and/or operation.
•    A good leadership and management experience, with the ability to organize, lead and motivate a large and various team (both staff and contractors) from different cultures and different levels of education.
•    A very strong focus on project delivery
•    A successful OPERCAP+ assessment or equivalent
•    Ability to take decisions.
•    Focus in HSE
•    Fluency in English
