  • Assess, analyse, plan and adjust lifting operations on offshore sites in line with company standards
  • Advise Contractor’s objectives and expectations for HSE, accountability and performance of Lifting Activity
  • Maintain systematic and methodological approach to Lifting Operations and assist Company CPLO and Major Project SLS Lead by establishing reliable system of documentation, processes and personnel competency assurance;
  • Ensure flawless operation of Handling and Lifting and continuous improvement during offshore brownfield hook-up campaign.
  • Act as offshore technical advisor of handling and lifting service for the batch 3 WHP hook-up and brownfield Campaign (on 4/4 rotation offshore)
  • Promote safe handling and lifting operation referring company HSE policy and international standard
  • Supervise as Client Lifting Representative the handling and lifting operations on G complex
  • Insures the promotion/implementation of Company Lifting & Handling procedures and safety culture on site
  • Participates in the definitions of the Company Lifting & Handling procedures and participates in the internal audits 
  • Minimum 10 years in the lifting & handling industry at supervisory level
  • Broad and extensive knowledge in handling & lifting appliance & operations
  • Working to International standards such as: BS, LOLER, etc.!
  • Experienced in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Worked in onshore & offshore operations
  • Risk assessment in relation to health, safety & environment
  • Supervision of critical and heavy lifts
  • Experience in training and coaching is preferred
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.


Following OPITO certifications mandatory:
  • LCP (LOLER Competent Person),
  • Banksman Slinger OPITO Level 3 or 4,
  • Rigger OPITO Level 3 or 4,
  • Rigging Loft Management,
  • NSL LEI-6 Lifting Equipment Inspection
