- Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing strategies for flowline and pipeline packages, ensuring compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
- Oversee Material Take-Off (MTO) processes and validate engineering inputs for procurement planning.
- Drive supplier negotiations for cost optimization, delivery assurance, and quality compliance.
- Establish and monitor delivery schedules, ensuring integration with overall project timelines and mitigating delays.
- Provide leadership in managing documentation for kick-off meetings, supplier performance tracking, and project reporting.
- Ensure robust implementation of document control procedures and maintain accurate documentation flow across internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage complex warranty claims, re-charge processes, and contractual compliance for high-value packages.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Support inspection and TPI activities, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Mentor junior sourcing specialists and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and workflow processes.
- 10–15 years of experience in sourcing and workflow management for flowline and pipeline packages within EPC or production facility projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Material Take-Off (MTO) processes and integration with procurement planning.
- Strong understanding of P&ID, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Proven track record in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and performance management for complex projects.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
