<strong>Performance Analyst</strong><br /> <br /> - Responsible for developing and maintaining best in class internal and external project benchmarking processes, procedures, and tools in the Company. <br /> - Responsible for development of Corporate Memory database and providing benchmarks to projects. <br /> - Responsible for collaboration and interfaces with external service providers such as Performance Forum, IPA, etc. <br /> - Contribute and liaise too needs of the Company Estimating Tool.<br /> - Lead development of “Corporate Memory” (client’s proprietary benchmarking platform) this is inclusive of managing relevant IT processes as well as project technical information and analytics.<br /> - Lead the project benchmarking process supporting progress through the decision gates prior to sanction<br /> - Lead continuous improvement on fit for purpose data collection and analytics. <br /> - Drive implementation and improvement of guides, processes and templates for data collection for all work scopes and ensure any customer needs is being adhered to. <br /> - As a minimum this would be to support development and quality of client estimating tool, basis for planning, scope verification etc data quality, volume as well as fit for purpose project analytics.<br /> - Support and liaise with client’s alliances and contractors in project and product analytics.<br /> - Participate and lead the development of Ecosys benchmarking model. <br /> - Act as driving force for improvement on behalf of the Subsea alliance/contractors and perform analytics to support benchmarking and further development of client Subsea estimating tool.<br /> - Further development of metrics and analytics within “Corporate Memory”.<br /> - Responsible for data collection at various decision gates and as required to support project services tools and benchmarks in general.<br /> - Act as focal point in terms of data collection requested by external sources like performance forum.<br /> - Ensure compliance to ISO-190008 cost code structure in terms of definition of products, scope elements, owners cost etc.<br /> <br /> <strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /> - BSc/MSc. in Engineering / Economics / Management or equivalent education.<br /> - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.<br /> - Significant experience from oil and gas sectors, this can range from project management, supply chain to engineering<br /> - Experienced user of Power BI: report designing, data modelling, as well as visualisations<br /> - In-depth knowledge of estimating processes within the oil & sector: methodologies, metrics, and latest trends. Preferably within Subsea scope of work<br /> - Familiarity with product development lifecycle and relevant processes: lean and agile.<br /> - Ability to structure and analyse fast high multidimensional data<br /> - Good interpersonal communication- and influencing skills <br /> - Team player with a “One Team” behaviour, proactively seeking advice and sharing knowledge <br /> - Self-starter with a strong delivery focus, structured and systematic <br /> - Have the drive to deliver on an “always improving” mindset, including new working methods and digital tools<br /> - Flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment <br /> <br /> <strong>Location:</strong><br /> Stavanger
