We are specialists in managing large projects from feasibility studies and conceptual engineering, through FEED and detailed engineering.
Engineering is executing major projects across the globe in both oil and gas and renewables sectors. This includes Norway’s ground-breaking Brevik carbon capture project, as well as delivering engineering and design for Northern Lights, the world’s first CO₂ storage facility on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
Furthermore, we are investigating the design and delivery of future hydrogen and ammonia projects.

As part of a strategic alliance, we are also working on a large digitalization project as part of the development of the Hugin oil and gas field offshore Norway, whilst pioneering new digital solutions to make operations safer and more efficient.

Our Piping team in Fornebu is now looking for a Piping Engineer MTO.

What will you be doing?
  • Piping MTO Engineer to support project in the design phase. Typical tasks:
  • Establish bulk MTO in MIPS for Piping materials and valves for purchase
  • Transfer of MTO from 3D-model via interfaces table to MIPS MTO object types.
  • Transfer of MTO details from the engineering registers.
  • Define requisitions and generate the amount from MTO’s, and submit requisitions to Purchase Dept. for Call-Offs
  • Communication with other disciplines
  • Contribute to material administration activities owned by procurement.
  • Contribute with continual improvements work.

We think you should have:
  • Minimum 3 years Piping MTO experience.
  • Good knowledge of MIPS
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelors’ degree in relevant discipline. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • Be active and solution oriented.
  • Be structured and organized.
