Aker Solutions in Oslo are now looking for Planners to strengthen their team.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Take clear ownership to plan activities delegated by the Planning Lead/Manager in the project
- Actively liaise with technical disciplines to create, use and maintain discipline plans
- Maintain and follow up Engineering’s schedule/ plans
- Follow up requirements in company’s Project Execution Model (PEM)
- Contribute to preparation of required progress reports
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant technical or engineering discipline
- At least 5 years’ work experience as a planner within relevant industries like oil & gas/energy, marine etc.
- Experience from engineering planning work on large-scale projects, preferably offshore Oil & Gas topside projects
- Solid experience as an engineering planner within FEED and Detail Engineering phases
- Knowledge and experience of Safran (Planner)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
