NES are looking for a Project Administrator for our EPC oil and gas client.
Location: Paris La Défense
Start: September 2024
Duration: 1 year renewable
Rate: € negotiable depending on experience
Responsibilities:
The project administrator will typically handle a variety of administrative tasks to support project delivery. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Document Management: Formatting documents, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Project Invoicing: Managing project-related invoicing and procurement activities using the clients systems such as SAP.
Meeting Coordination: Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and booking travel arrangements.
Administrative Support: Providing high-level administrative assistance to engineers and project management staff.
Reception Duties: Occasionally covering the front desk and handling reception duties.
Project Coordination: Supporting staff administration requirements and important project processes and systems1.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role working within an EPC company.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, OnBase, and Concur is advantageous. Good time management, organizational, and numerical skills are also important.
Attributes: Ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing requirements, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
