NES Fircroft are proud to be partnering with a large pipeline supply company in France. On this occasion they we are searching for a project controls engineer to join the team on a contract basis.
The mission is planned in Louveciennes, France, for a duration of 6 months with a start planned at the earliest convenience to the contractor.
Object of the assignment:
The Project Control Manager is responsible for monitoring the planning and costs of the technological qualification of our “heated pipeline” product.
The main mission is to monitor costs, deadlines and ensure invoicing
The main activities are:
• Set up a detailed and accurate cost tracking system
• Update the qualification schedule and ensure its weekly follow-up
• Prepare monthly reporting to our partner
• Present the invoicing to our partner and ensure its validation
• Write the minutes of meeting of the meetings relating to the follow-up of the invoicing, the costs and the regular reports
The PCM is supervised by the Innovation Project Manager.
The objectives of the PCM are in particular to:
• Report to the Innovation Project Manager the progress of the qualification of the technology in terms of costs and deadlines
• Monitor regular costs and schedules
• Ensure the passage of invoicing to our partner
The mission is planned in Louveciennes, France, for a duration of 6 months with a start planned at the earliest.
Technical skills :
Knowledge and experience:
• Minimum experience of 3 years project cost management and planning
• English: fluent (level B2 minimum)
• Fluent French
• Software: MS office, MS project (good knowledge)
Expertise :
• Build and follow a budget
• Organize and plan
• Produce and communicate a report
Know-how :
• Team spirit (mutual aid, cooperation, challenge)
• Relationship with the partner and the suppliers
