NES Fircroft is currently partnered with a leading education institution in Hong Kong that owns numerous schools across the city. The team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work closely with projects management team on upcoming projects in 2023. 

  • Providing project administrative and coordination support to the delivery of major capital projects, A&A works and renovation projects assigned to achieve time, cost and quality objectives in accordance with the company's standard and applicable statutory requirements
  • Act as communication bridge between end users, in-house project team members, consultants and contractors, and providing relevant administrative support
  • Assist in coordinating and collaborating input from in-house Functional Support Team and/or multi-disciplinary consultants to produce high quality design
  • Undertaking day to day assistant and coordination with different stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct site checking and inspection
  • Assist in site supervision for the projects assigned, throughout all stages of the projects
  • Assist in procurement and tendering processes and provide relevant project administrative support
  • Assist in coordinating payment for consultants and contractors
  • Preparing and providing regular project status update to the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
  • Attend meetings as necessary and take minutes for record purposes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant technical subject
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Good understanding of building services engineering standards and best practices
  • Good understanding of HKSAR building codes and standards
  • Basic knowledge of construction practice and safety rules
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Fluency in oral, and written English, Cantonese (desirable)
