In August 2022, Aker Solutions entered into an agreement with SLB and Subsea 7 to form a new Joint Venture for subsea. Our Joint Venture came into effect on the 2nd of October 2023 and has been named OneSubsea.
By forming OneSubsea, SLB, Aker Solutions and Subsea 7 have come together to create the world’s leading subsea technology and solutions provider. We are focused on accelerating innovation to create a step change in subsea production economics and reduce emissions in subsea operations.
The joint venture brings together deep reservoir domain expertise, broad front-end and system design knowledge. We provide an extensive field-proven subsea production and processing technology portfolio, world-class manufacturing scale and capacity, and unique pore-to-process integration capabilities.   
OneSubsea is now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in Ågotnes.
As project employee you will be employed by NES Advantage Solutions AS, working for OneSubsea.

What will you be doing? 
  • Coordinate workload to and from the workshop, acting as the single point of contact within the area of responsibility.
  • Develop and release work preparation to the workshop and offshore according to internal requirements.
  • Follow up on ongoing work in the workshop and address actions to ensure that the work is executed within the delivery date.
  • Secure alignment and commitment to the plan and ensure clear, mutual expectations within the workshop team and towards internal clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities on time according to project plans.
  • Support the Project Lead with administrative tasks as required.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and methods to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Demonstrate an HSSE and Quality mindset.
Qualifications we think you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a technical subject. Long and relevant work experience may compensate for lack of a degree.
  • Strong customer relationship building skills.
  • Commercial mindset and good contractual knowledge.
  • Good understanding of relevant subsea products and services, with the ability to advise clients and colleagues on technical matters.
  • Ability to coordinate workload between projects, workshops, and offshore according to internal requirements.
