We are a world-class subsea technology provider, enabling resources and accelerating the industry towards a low-carbon future. We deliver complete subsea production systems, subsea processing (SSP), boosting and compressions, subsea power distribution, interventions and workover systems and tools, as well as subsea life cycle services. In August 2022, Aker Solutions entered into an agreement with SLB and Subsea 7 to form a new joint venture for subsea bringing subsea experts to deliver complete subsea and deep-water engineering solutions for the energy industry. The three companies will bring invaluable technical competence, geographical presence, robust portfolio and backlog projects, and skilled personnel with segment expertise to this agreement. This subsea integrated services venture will position itself to be a tier 1 company in the industry.
The joint venture to come into effect in the second half of 2023 is subject to approval by the respective authorities of the concerned countries.
Aker Solutions is now looking for a Project Coordinator with experience from onshore or offshore projects. The project is lead from Ågotnes.

Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workload to and from workshop.
- Act as single point of contact within area of responsibility.
- Develop and release work preparation to workshop and offshore according to internal requitements.
- Follow-up ongoing work in workshop and address actions to secure that the work is executed within delivery date.
- Secure alignment and commitment to plan and ensure clear, mutual expectations within the workshop team and towards internal clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities on time according to project plans.
- Support Project Lead on administrative tasks as required.
- Continuously improve internal process methods to increase productivity efficiency and customer service.
- The ability to build good customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree within Business Management or technical subject. Long and relevant work experience may compensate for lack of degree.
- Commercial and quality mindset.
- Good understanding of relevant subsea products and services and ability to advise clients and colleagues on technical matters.
- Demonstrate good HSSE.
- Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both verbally and written language.
- Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Office.
