Join us in this role where you’ll play a supporting role in developing and executing projects involving installation of water electrolysis and hydrogen plants, often integrated into our customers’ production facilities. The department is stand-alone business unit and you’ll be supporting the project teams based in our Dutch office in The Hague. You’ll be supporting several project teams that could, in some cases, also be located at contractors’ premises.

You’ll be part of the team where you, together with your colleagues, will be supporting an increasing number of hydrogen projects across our focus area in the Netherlands. You’ll play an important role in:
 
  • Project administration
  • Superuser/provision of support in the use of IT programs and systems
  • Coordination of meetings and events
  • Support with project workflows
  • Onboarding of new project team members
  • Setup and maintenance of project mailboxes, calendars and project website(s) (Workspace)
  • Help making presentations for both internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Updating of internal project documents and secure correct handling
  • Support with preparation of Minutes of Meetings
  • Be able to take “relevant tasks” (depends on interest & skillsets) to support the project team
  • Support with “sharpening” our tools to be used in the project (we are a new organisation, so Best Practices needs to be made).

To succeed in the role, you:
 
  • have at least 5 years of demonstrable project coordination and project support experience with relevant IT tools and systems
  • are fully conversant with MS Office, SAP, Sharepoint and other document management tools
  • are pro-active and willing to learn new tools and systems being used 
  • are willing to take on a wide variety of tasks, sometimes beyond your area of expertise
  • have full professional proficiency in English written and spoken language.
