Project Leader Modification

- Work as a Project Leader within modification projects on facilities (subsea or topside) in operation.
- You will be responsible for leading project teams and suppliers towards delivering on targets.
- As a Project Leader within Modifications you have impact on safety, results, focus and behavior - you are a role model for our values. That means always putting safety and security of our people first.
- Understanding risk and acting with integrity and high ethical standards in everything you do. 

Qualifications:
- Relevant competencies and experiences from project leadership 
- Strong collaboration skills and focus on leadership 
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver on strategies and targets 
- Ability to drive change and deliver on our improvement targets 
- Good communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder management abilities 
- Knowledge of and experience from relevant work processes and deliveries within Operation and Maintenance 
- Ability to and interest in collaborating on further developing and implementing competence strategies within the Project Management discipline 
- Genuinely embracing the "I am safety" expectations

- Relevant project leadership experiences with proven results
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset

- Digital competences (comfortable with using different digital solutions) preferred
- Previous experience from project development, business development, supply chain management, finance and control, and operations and maintenance may be an advantage
