Job Title: Project Manager - Mechanical Estimator
Location: Bonnyville, AB
Schedule: 5/2 shift 8 hrs/day; Overtime as required
Contract Length: 1 year

Our valued client is seeking a Project Manager - Mechanical Estimator for a 1 year contract. This role is based in Bonnyville, AB.
This position is within the Commercial & Municipal Mechanical division; involving projects pertaining to the installation, replacement, or repair of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, process piping, or refrigeration equipment/systems. These projects also include water & sewer scopes of work, in cooperation with our commercial construction & civil team.
We are looking for someone with the ability to manage projects of various size within our mechanical division, while estimating incoming opportunities. Our team values the ability to be able to pivot and re-prioritize as projects and estimates evolve.

Experience and Education Required:
- Journeyperson Plumber/Gasfitter (or equivalent mechanical experience/education)
- 10+ years commercial mechanical project experience
- Experience in full project management life cycle
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings and plans
- Proven track record in customer service
- Ability to foster and promote a strong safety culture in the workplace
- Proficient in all Office 365 applications (including MS Project)
- Vendor and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and related building codes
