We have an opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced Information Technology Project Manager to join our Technology team. 
This role will have the opportunity to lead a diverse range of technology projects from operations, enterprise systems.  
The IT PM is accountable for managing all aspects of an IT project lifecycle to ensure the prescribed scope is delivered to the agreed budget, schedule, quality and handed over effectively into production.
We are seeking an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication skills who can prioritise work according and to execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•           Lead project teams through the design, documentation and implementation of solutions to achieve business objectives.
•           Develop project plans from business, technical and functional requirements
•           Update and engage directly with senior management including and lead steering committees
•           Ensure capacity planning is proactively performed in all project deliverables.
•           Ensure project team members remain aligned with project goals and objectives.
•           Ensuring compliance with standards, policies and processes to maintain consistency and integrity.

•           A tertiary qualification or a diploma in the field of technology, computer science, business or related discipline. 
•           Excellent communication skills and ability to lead collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
•           Proven experience demonstrating responsibility for the project management of IT projects.
•           Ability to multi task and to take on management of various roles within project lifecycle
•           Sound knowledge of formal project management methodologies
•           Experience managing external suppliers of technical services and resources.
•           Experience in delivering successful IT Projects ideally within the mining and resources sector.
•           Experience in ensuring a project can be successfully handed over into Production and have knowledge and experience with Service Management practices for handover to support
•           Ability to travel to site as required
•           Mining experience preferred ( a good understanding of mining applications used across the supply chain, pit to port, in field, asset health)
•           Technical knowledge around IT Infrastructure preferred
•           Ability to work across various time zones
