Position: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Project: Solar Farm
Location: Palauig, Zambales
We are seeking for Project Manager who will lead the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of Solar Farm Project in Zambales. In this role, travel and on-site presence at the project location until project completion are prerequisites.

Project: Solar Farm
Location: Palauig, Zambales
We are seeking for Project Manager who will lead the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of Solar Farm Project in Zambales. In this role, travel and on-site presence at the project location until project completion are prerequisites.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of Solar Farm Project Planning, Execution & Closure phases
- Planning: Preparation of Project schedule, Resources & Cost plan, Risk management plan, Procurement plan, Documentation plan.
- Execution: Preparation of Project tracking / monitoring strategies, execution of Cost control strategies (EVMS), Quality control, Risk control, Project reporting to stakeholders.
- Closure: Coordination of handover to Asset Management, O&M and Post-construction team.
- Management of multi-expertise project team
- Management of EPCC master project work program
- Management of project risks, troubleshooting site issues, and problem-solving
- Accountable for cost, timeline & quality of the LSS EPCC project
- Lead communication with internal and external project stakeholders and main focal point of contact for all project related communications
- Review & coordination of acceptance procedures & construction methods
- Reporting to the Project Director & Senior management of the Company
- Site representative for the Company
Requirements/Qualification:
- Academic degree in engineering (Preferably in Electrical or Civil)
- With at least 10-15 years overall experience in project management within Solar Farm Project. And with 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Well-developed generalist mindset with a broad spectrum of knowledge covering both Civil & Electrical engineering basic concepts
- General technical understanding of :
- Civil works (Earthworks, Drainage & Structural construction)
- Renewable energy (Preferably solar) & Power Systems
- Ability to manage complex projects and multitude of stakeholder
- Critical thinker & Data curiosity
- Must be a team player, Self-driven & independent
- Highly systematic & organized
- Contract management experience
- Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
- Competency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- High level of computer literacy & competency in Google Workspace - Sheets, Docs & Slides (or Microsoft equivalent)
- Willingness to travel/relocate (if required)
- Excellent networking, leadership, negotiation, and time management skills
