Property & Legal Advisor

Energy and Renewables Sector
New Plymouth, Wellington or Hamilton Based

Full time (12 months approximately)

This larger and well established and successful energy company is seeking a Property & Legal Advisor to join their fantastic team of highly dedicated, efficient and results-driven professionals. The role will be supporting their small property team providing advice around easements, statutory access rights and general property matters.
You will be working with various internal and external parties so you will need strong communication skills as you will be tasked with providing consistently outstanding service.

Other key responsibilities will include:
  • Clear and professional communication with a bit of humour thrown in.
  • Numbers driven with a strong approach to attention to detail.
  • The ability to work largely autonomously or within a team.
  • Strong computer skills and open minded to the use of modern technology.
You will have a legal executive or property advisory background and any internal commercial experience within the energy sector would be an advantage but not necessary.
