The position
PDP Procurement and Supplier Relations (PSR) is responsible for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) process ensuring safe and efficient supply of products and services to all our operations and development projects globally.
By joining our team in the PDP Procurement and Supplier Relations (PSR) within the UK you will have the opportunity to:
- Shape, deliver and maximise the value of existing and future contract portfolio within Renewables.
- Prepare Requests for Information, Requests for Quotes and create Purchase Orders and call offs against contracts in SAP/Sourcing Cockpit system for all supplier requirements including day to day requisition requests for services and material and spare parts purchasing
- Establish and manage Purchase Orders and single Contracts in a timely and efficient manner
- Drive best practice and advise local Business Lines on operational Requisition to Pay procurement processes
- Enhance supply chain by ensuring compliance with our governing Supply Chain Management processes and local procedures for operational procurement tasks.
- Proactively ensure high quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.
Person Specification

- Relevant Bachelor or Masters degree desirable and / or proven relevant experience within the industry
- Strong Commercial experience and understanding of the Requisition to Pay process
- Strong awareness of the UK Supplier market and understanding of establishing and promoting Local Content within Renewables
- Independent and flexible, with the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams across the organisation.
- Skilled in developing, utilising and extending network of internal and external stakeholders globally
- Strategic and Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates high level of personal integrity and ethical awareness.
- A role model with the ability to mentor and develop others in the team.
