I am looking for a Construction Project Manager to join an IPP developing and building wind and PV farms with BESS.
The Company has offices in a few European countries and owns a huge portfolio under development, over 70 projects in Romania. The Company develops and builds farms as IPP, and it has a chance to become one of the largest IPP in Romania.

This position is responsible for:
- project preparation (technical due diligence, documentation management, coordination of project team)
- developing project plans, timelines, budgets and their verification in construction phase
- supporting the team responsible for contracting (negotiations, discussing budgets, prices)
- managing the construction team/subcontractors,
- risk management, troubleshooting and problem solving
Nice to have:
- electrical background
- experience in connecting HV facilities (110/220/400KV) to the grid
- experience with DSO, TSO
- experience in obtaining the use permit
- experience with BESS
